Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, thats no problem - but please try to do so at least 48 hours in advance to give me a chance to fill your slot. Thanks!

If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours in advance of your appointment, I will request that you pay half the price of your booking.

Lateness: If you are over 15 minutes late I will unfortunately need to cancel your appointment and request that you pay the full price of your booking.

No-shows: If you don't show up to your appointment without letting me know, unfortunately I will request that you pay the full price of your booking.

I don't like to do this but I hope you understand that this is my only income and I depend on these bookings.
